So original and beautiful mono, Marian. I love it!
Thanks Nezih! She was not very happy with me, she told me later. She thought I was spying on her about not scooping the poop of her dogs. I laughed so hard that she was even more puzzled.
She couldn't understand why I was saying that she looked so pretty in this picture, she was staring at me as if I were crazy.
Big hugs my friend.
Don't know how you got this one Marian but's it's quite brilliant.

Thanks Kate for the Award!!! I am so surprised!
I will explain the setting. This is a looooong hallway I have a roof on top, she is in a section that is uncovered. Then, behind her the hallway continues. I started shooting as soon as I saw her with the dogs in the sun. (It was such a good scene that I HAD to get my camera and shoot, although I am working! hehehe). I actually didn't see the guy behind her until I was reviewing the shots with her, I was so focused on the settings, because it was so shiny where she was and so dark where I was, she was far away, and I had to decide the aperture and the shutter speed. It was exciting, the dogs started running at me, so I started laughing and they didn't attack me, just turned around towards their owner.
That's the story.
Thanks again for the honor of giving this picture your award.
Hay una excelente historia en esta fotografía. La cara de la mujer es un poema las lineas y el contraluz del la persona en la puesta hace un buen balence de la imagen .Muy buena.
Superb shot Marian, a lovely contrast between the 2 figures. Also, a really difficult shot to get right exposure wise so well done, top shot.
Very brilliant. I like that distance here.
Once again your immagination is working overtime. Superb work Marian. Peter.
It's like a poster for a movie... invent your own screenplay!
The high contrast works great. So imaginative, Marian.
Hope you didn't step in what her dogs left ( She looks quite sophisticated, and yet she's happy to leave **** in the street...how disgusting )
Great legs!!...oh and a well captured mono photo too
A superb mono image and so well processed.
I love this style you have developed, Marian - excellent and original imagery.
Excellent mono Marian
Superb mono shot.
An interesting B & W street portrait, nice contrast and composition.
Marvellous comp, Marian. Even if you weren't aware of the distant figure, don't admit it!
The contrast between the light and the dark are very well handled, looks like very tricky conditions.
A super scene and capture
An excellent mono snap, love it a lot !
This is a striking image, Marian.
