So, I think this might be a bus, seems to be at night, but your time takes shows afternoon, Marian. This one has me guessing....

The description is in the tags Peter, it is the subway.
My means of transportation, I don't drive! Smile

This is a very bold and imaginative composition, Marian, which I applaud.
But if I may offer a suggestion...
although I appreciate the added drama of the black background, personally I feel this particular image would actually gain from being defined/contained by a very very fine ( 2 or maybe 3 pixels ) white border. Perhaps you could try it and see what you think?... you may disagree Smile

Dark and dangerous, with the sense of passing through and not stopping. Like this a lot. I don't feel the need for Alan's frame, I would be interested to see this in a very contrasty b&w.

Top marks for something completely different.
You're teaching us how to look at things in a totally different way.

I have learned looking at your pictures Kate, and from all the wonderful images of my favorite people in EPZ.

Love that negative space and flash of colour - a brave and engaging composition. I love the colour in this case Smile

Thanks for adding the versions, and for your pm. V2 works for me, light hanging in space.

I think all 3 work well......I must admit, I do like the white frame with this image. But I see Moira's point, too.
