The movement of the train, inclusion of the escalator and the upper floor make it a great compo and it sums up the mood and function of the place. Gritty and great in mono.

Impressionistic...

There are two ways to shoot this sort of scene: forensically sharp, or gritty and soft.

I do like the grainy, high contrast black and white style - it gets across the atmosphere of the busy station so well. The crop and perspective work wonderfully too. A really good picture. Smile
