I like V1 a lot, Marian; especially the Venetian blind type of appearance of the leaves, colour contrast and the play of light and shadow.

Thanks Monsieur Nonur! I put the other one because I loved the golden color and the folded leaf. Also, my idea was to show the two sides of the palm's leaf, with the sun in front and with it on my back. It was hard for me to take them because they were swaying back and forth.
I wish I could include the gentle breeze and sounds of parrots and other birds. It was a glorious morning!

The highlights are blown a bit on v2, but the colour is beautiful on v1, and the 'blinds' and the shadows make a lovely 'cross-hatch' shape.
