Hi Prashant, I think there are two major problems here and that's the image is unsharp in my view for two reasons , movement due to a slow shutter speed and also a general lack of focus. Added to that it is a bit overexposed.
You show no data so maybe it was shot on film making it a much more difficult shot due to the inability to change iso on the spot.
I would also crop out the building on the top right as it adds nothing to the image.
