Hi Prashant, I think there are two major problems here and that's the image is unsharp in my view for two reasons , movement due to a slow shutter speed and also a general lack of focus. Added to that it is a bit overexposed.
You show no data so maybe it was shot on film making it a much more difficult shot due to the inability to change iso on the spot.
I would also crop out the building on the top right as it adds nothing to the image.

Needs to be sharper and with more contrast to give the image some feeling of impact. Lack of info does not help.
