Such pure pleasure in his face and stance. The lack of others around him suggests it is total self indulgence too. Think it's ace because of that.

I'd be interested in a bit of description about location, intention etc?

An umbrella, a tree

An umbrella, a tree by qosmio

Like the umbrella come parasol in what looks like a very sunny day... Which has made it rather too contrasty. I can see what's appealing about the scene.

Mirror's Edge II - The Wall Jumper

Mirror's Edge II - The Wall Jumper by yauimagery

I'm imagining that it was a little leap of joy! However, it feels like a very current image.

White Lines...vision dreams of passion.

White Lines...vision dreams of passion. by woodlark

Lots of things to like about this, including the two men looking in the same direction but seemingly unconnected.

My favourite thing are the two windows/vents with the shelf(?) underneath. It looks as though it's an additional face in the mix!

Bridesmaids

Bridesmaids by MikeRob

Brilliant documentary shot, captures reality, has narrative and amuses. Good work

Caught In A Downpour

Caught In A Downpour by BrianSS

Love it. Been there in moments like it.

I like the runners without brollies and the walkers with them. The dog, well just being a dog and wanting to play. A real scene.

Harbour Reflections

Harbour Reflections by Audran

Great subject, I like your processing and the warmth in the shot.

Mean Machine

Mean Machine by johnbryan6

John, it'd be interesting to know what you were aiming for when you took the shot? I've been trying to work it out so that I can be helpful, but I'm a bit stuck.

Boats on Lake Bunyoni

Boats on Lake Bunyoni by Tracey_McGovern

Hey yeah, I like it in many ways and the perspective on the boat is good. My feeling is that the perspective and angle you have would have been better if there was only one boat. I think a landscape image from further back, but low down would have been interesting... Obviously I'm not imagining a trip back especially for that and I think it is an appealing image as it is.

Larkspur Soft Drinks

Larkspur Soft Drinks by AndyD999

I can see the appeal in the sign as a subject for sure and I like your washing out it does reinforce bleaching with age. The image however, for me would be improved with greater context, by that I mean it has no sense of place, or purpose for being. A bigger scene would incorporating more of the surroundings would be something to consider. I am not sure it's striking enough to stand alone.

Beauty in the Darkness

Beauty in the Darkness by emilie_moxee

It's almost sinister, like they are watching something kick off. Composition wise I would loose a little to the left and from the bottom

The Crucible? V1 is great, so much to see in it, no distractions to speak of. Lady top left makes me think of Munch's scream.

Biddenden

I do like vines, visually and their product. The emphasis on the stems and shadows highly effective.
