So, Goldilocks broke in with her mates at the three bears' house. She could have got away with it, had one of her friends left the camera at home.

It a nice image of the child shame about top of head of the man missing.
If you have photoshop crop around the child Then I think then shot will be a lot stronger....
It still very nice.....
Dave

Thanks Dave and Mike.

Leaving the man in was a conscious decision to add a bit to the narrative of the image. I wanted more than just a portrait of a little girl. I know he has lost his head slightly, not ideal but I quite liked the complimentary expressions.

Hi Julia......Sod any negative comments! i love this..... the main subject is captured perfectly she is beautiful and and makes the picture interesting with the obvious curiosity about the camera.
I love the angle and the monotone was a good call.
You have a great eye and instinct for capturing real life.

These so called photographers who run about with there expensive all singing all dancing idiot proof slr.s and technical photographic do's and dont's make me laugh....its refreshing to see work by real creative photographers

Ah Floyd, thank you! They are confidence building words! I confess to being more drawn to capturing real life, or at least something that has a bit of narrative - more so than technical perfection.... but I very much admire those who can do both and secretly yearn to be able to! (not much of a secret now!)
