I'm your typical boring, middle-aged male! Lovely wife, 2 grown up children and a mortgage and yes I do play golf (though I haven't quite sunk to the depths of wearing cardigans yet!). I've been into photography since I was a teenager and have been a Canon fan for over 20 years. I even managed to get my then girlfriend, now wife, interested. When the children came along (The Wilderness Years) photography was relegated to snapshots and the usual Xmas tree at both ends of a roll of film. Now the kids are more independent (i.e. want to have nothing to do with us) I've more time to spend on my hobby.

Amazingly I managed to upgrade to an EOS 300D (even more amazingly now replaced with Canon EOS 40D) and haven''t looked back since.

I really appreciate any feedback (good or bad) on my images.
