Love the B&W conversion, really epitomises the sorry state of our high streets!

Hi Ian, nice set of images. I did a mod in Photoshop camera raw, I went into hue/saturation and converted it to B & W. I moved it into PS and copied the background layer. Filter > add noise > 2.45% gaussian > monochromatic. I then added a vignette. Layers panel > blending mode > multiply > opacity 43%. Hope you like it.
