First chance this year to gets some sunrise shots over in Norfolk. This is Cromer west beach Friday morning. Taken about 1/4 hour before sunrise I liked the way the first light was breaking through the clouds and the tide helped to create a nice diagonal lead from the pebble to the wave then beyond to the pier.
All exposures set manually. Spot metered off the wet sand, underexposed this by 1/2 stop, 0.9 hard ND grad for the sky, 12mm lens, 3secs at ISO 320 and tripod set low down.
I've uploaded the original for comparison. Adjusted levels, curves, hue/sat and some selective colouring. Sharpened slightly with unsharp mask.
Hope you enjoy viewing as much as I enjoyed taking ![]()

You've captured some good diagonals in the water and the sky. Nice processing Paul, bringing out those lovely colours
