Again, the troublesome foreground out-of-focus tulip, but it doesn't look too bad here because it is off to the side and doesn't interfere with the rest of the tulips, which are beautifully detailed. I understand why you kept the cyclist in the shot, but the sky lets it down, being so bland. You could crop a little off the top, but not too much, just to take some of the whiteness away.
