Well ... Hullo!
Excellent pic of the Herdwick sheep. Every time i see them I think they are smiling back at me, such lovely faces
Certainly makes a good shot, but would never dry my boots on a radiator
Stepping into the Mist
One of the best pictures of the stones I have seen in a long time
One of my favourite places up on Loughrigg
Job with a view
Couldn't agree more
No where else I would rather be
Englands Green and Pleasant Land
Lovely job, best place in the world!!
Was on the High Pike and Low Pike ridge above Scandale a couple of weeks ago
From the Low Wood Hotel
The Lake District at her best!! Lovely job. Wouldn't be the same without a spot or two of rain
Excellent job, MKII Escort in classic pose
Beats the modern generation of rally cars hands down, in both sound and entertainment
One of the most enjoyable cars I ever had the pleasure to drive
Nice shot but I think you'll find it called BLEA TARN
Maybe Just Maybe
Definitely The Fairfield Horseshoe, no doubt.
Lovely atmospheric shot despite your age
I was in Ambleside early December and YES it was wet, very wet end of the week
Great shot of this iconic Ullswater boathouse.
Probably the most expensive boat house in the country when it was sold a few years ago!!
Ticks all the boxes for me.
Can almost hear that wonderful sound!!
Lake Windermere at Dusk
Lovely shot, will be up there on Saturday for the week. wonderful place
It is one of the most enjoyable roads around Ambleside, great fun to drive
But you really mean the KIRKSTONE PASS and the KIRKSTONE INN
The Struggle meets the Kirkstone Pass at the Inn
The Honister pass is between Derwentwater and Buttermere
One of my favourite bits of road in the lake District, grand shot
Done similar shots many times, but usually in poorer weather
PS Lake Bassenthwaite is the only designated lake in the 'Lake' District
All the others are Tarns, Waters or Meres as in the case of Windermere
Biggest Kingfisher I've ever seen.......think it's a heron of some sort
Excellent job overlooking Rydal water.
Know the place so well
Love the walk from Ambleside over Loughrigg and back on this path...
Autumn on Rydal
Excellent job. Cannot think of many places I would rather be...
Both look good, B&W just takes it for me
Bassenthwaite is the only designated lake
Excellent shot ! ! !
Nothing wrong with factual to my mind.
This is the way these people survive.
Don't like it??? Don't look at it ! ! ! Simple...
Dreaming of You.
Lovely job....V1 for me
Looking forward to tomorrow
Nothing more to say really, but sure is a cracking shot....Excellente!!!
Harrison Stickle Erupts
Excellent job, right out of the top drawer ! !
Ashness if I'm not mistaken.......but I'm sure someone will put me right if I'm wrong
By: clive burrow
Excellent job. B&W wins hands down. Maybe even better with a touch of sepia
Either way its a cracking timeless shot
Nice one. Know that feeling only too well especially in the days when the RAC rally of old ran in the forests through the night! ! !
