Here is a popular subject here, the Perch Rock Lighthouse in New Brighton, UK. I don't remember seeing a B&W version, but I like this anyway, so I thought I'd upload it.

This was taken on the same day as the colour version in my gallery, but this gives a totally different feel I think.

I've re-uploaded this picture as I made a mistake the 1st time. Thank you to Carri and Acharr for their original comments.

Sky makes it.

Worth straightening the perspective up a bit?

Thanks for the kind comments evryone. Smile

I hadn't thought of altering the perspective Guy. I'll see what difference it makes.

I quite like it the way it is though. Wink

this is an amazing shot. With the cloud formation, reflections, sand ripples & in B&W I can't understand why you haven't had a lot more clicks. I love this lighthouse & this shot deserves more credit.

Thanks for commenting razorraymac. Smile

I can see from your gallery that you like pics of the Lighthouse. Wink And some very nice ones too.

I don't go there very often, but funnily enough I was there yesterday (on a very grey day) and was struck by how the sand bank seems to have risen since I was there last.

I need to go more often. Smile
