hmm, im not really sure if i even like this shot, i think its a nice comparison to my previous upload but i think its missing something, any suggestions?
perhaps i just need to stop taking shots of flowers without a macro lens, its corrupting my brain

Purely from an aesthetic point of view, I thought, what a shame the rose wasn't at the stage when the petals are loose, so that they are actually starting to drop. I like the idea of the dying rose though. Must stress I'm a complete amateur with photography, so just my point of view.
