Dome by Hurstbourne

This shows what a good eye for composition you have, I really like it.

The Council House by Hurstbourne

The Council House

This is a beautifully balanced composition, unfortunately the processing in black and white has done it no favours as there is too little contrast, but it would be worth persevering as the shot looks good.

The white cliffs... of Dorset

I really love the feel of these images, the softness of the water works superbly with the white of the cliffs

Into the dawn by marktc

Into the dawn

A very slight halo around the cliff, very difficult to avoid, I tend to keep a layer exposed for the sky under the one you've worked for the cliffs, then using a fine eraser clear the halo away. A bit of a pain but it would make this image perfect!
As ever your composition is superb.

Loving this composition, I'm guessing you aren't scared of heights!

The Short Walk

A bit dark, just because I'd like to see the texture in the cobbles. Love the composition.

Clevedon Pier 3. by sherring

Clevedon Pier 3.

Beautifully done it has that Lionel Bart/cinematic feel to it. Like 'oh what a lovely war' or Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Perfect processing for the location.

Durdle Door

I do love this place, I tend to go in the evening along withe everyone else, so it's cool to see the beach deserted!

Escape by MHdastjerdi

I really like how the over exposure works on here, making the figures look positively surreal.

I'm listening to Gary Numan, and oddly this picture attracted my attention!
A first attempt? Really? Wow!!!!
I look foward to seeing what you do when you've had practice!
