Still in Lincoln Cathedral. In the Chapter House this time.
The stained glass around the Chapter House gives a broad history of the Cathedral, from William I's initial instructions to move the Bishopric from Dorchester (no not the Dorset one!) to Lincoln in 1072 through the collapse of the spire on.
There are three versions of the image. the first one I have put a mono layer over the top to try and bring out the textures, I also think it gives a more realistic rendition of the space. The second is the original tonemapped image, much richer.
The final image is the first tonemapped image with some clutter still visible by the door! I cloned those out as I felt they distracted.

Seen on their own I would think they all work Jon , mousing over I have a preference for no2, probably because of the stronger contrast, excellent work either way,

V1 I think. Cooler and more austere, which cathedrals often are.

Three good images in this set! You do these so well! A pleasure to view!
Cheers
