I like the green tones - not sure about the right hand side - looks as if you have removed something with a hard brush and the outlines have remained It might be worth softening that a little

Excellent colour and compo! I love this image.
Very much a posed portrait (my musician shots are normally grabbed in performance, with all the background and lighting problems that brings), so I like this very much indeed.
And, as a fellow Alpha 900 user, it's nice to see the results looking so good!
Wonderful colours and composition.
Thanks John came from Nikon film F3 to Sony 100 then 900 when it was clear that Sony made the Nikon senors it was a done deal, the 900 for me is a good capable camera, but it was adding the CZ 135mm 1.8 ,the trouble is I tend to keep to it as often as I can when a more suitable lens would be better, if I have a dream more CZ glass.............regards William
cant see the strings ???
just love the colouring.... very moody
Cheers Barbara no strings just a prop, should get some but just as well there are none I would only be tempted and better for all arond that does not happen......regards William
Loads of atmosphere in this shot. Suits the subject matter. Like it a lot. Paul
A composition of the highest possible quality, very moody and mysterious. Love it.
Nice image.. there are a lot of sharp eyed, experienced photographers here.. I don't know anything all that.. I think that the mood is nice.. and the first one without string I have ever seen.
Have a nice morning,William.
Hello LF And you have a god da wha eve the time is over there
Like the mood, like the compo - would like to see the figure just a tad lighter than it is. Also, maybe you could burn the area on the right where you've cloned? Either that or don't clone, but burn the edges. Worth working on this one. Wonder what mono would do for it?
Although this breaks the rules of a good portrait, it works so very well, strong and powerful in its message.
ONE HELL OF AN IMPRESSIVE GALLERY , love this shot very rustic
