There's something so unusual and yet right about this composition - it just works.

I have a feeling I remember this one, from the name on the barge; I suspect it has been there some time. An atmosphere of peace, near-silence, emanates from this restful image. The barge appears to melt into the canal bank.

I like the way the rust and the brown grass are so similar in colour, contrasting with the subtle blue in the water. Very restful.
