Please forgive the flight of imagination, but this photo reminds me of a giant sensor opening up like the aperture blades of a lens and down the miraculously appearing stairway you can get inside the camera ![]()
Actually it is one of the few nice details of the Museum in Groningen.

This turns and winds quite hypnotically, the gap between banister and floor creates an arrowhead travelling against the downward tread of the stairs. Clever composition, superb processing for those glowing metallic tones.

Certain to be a test for any kind of sensor yet devised!
I like your choice of perspective, Rende, while the analogy with an aperture diaphragm certainly rings true.

Excellent Rende, a find in a million. A true test of the moderne technology, I have to wonder how large this could be blown?

Fascinating abstract - love the blocks of pattern and plain colour

Lovely shapes and colours, almost abstract. What would happen if you tried to correct the pixellation?? ![]()
Dave
colourful detailed and pin sharp - a winner every time Rende
I understand this is real - what a place - it seems like some photoshop creation. I'm rather envious.........
