Merry Christmas to all at Ephotozine!
Taken at the beautiful 19th century railway station of Groningen that so far has miraculously escaped being replaced by some soulless and efficient modern (f)utility building.

May I be the first on the site to wish you a Merry Christmas, to you and your family peace in the New Year.
I'm glad this escaped the modernization. The new architecture is usually ugly beyond words. There is such warmth and artistic craftsmanship in the old.
Just wonderful. There are stations that have escaped... In a strange way this reminds me of Toledo's...
Have a wonderful day, and best wishes to both of you.
Moira
Wonderful use of perspective, a fine seasonal evocation of the Old and Older. Happy Christmas!
Regards
Bill

Merry Christmas to you my friend, hope you have a grand day. The view up the tree looks we're heading for the heavens, is it really that tall?
