I kind of thought of myself as the genie in the bottle because my reflection seems to be located in the biggest bottle of the set

A.k.a. The Photographer in the Demi-John. If you had fitted in one of the smaller bottles I should have been very worried

I wonder whether many people who work in apothecaries nowadays would know the word for their trade? Even fewer would understand the Latin inscriptions, I suspect.

I did wonder about the genie of the title. It took me a bit to realise the placement of your ghostly hands & camera.

For Bill:- I'd guess at distilled water and then I'm lost despite taking Latin at school a few years ago.

My Latin teacher was known as Doc Dum, how little we learned and absorbed of the classic language

The first thing I noticed was the reflections from the window you shot this through, then the bottles themselves, and then grinned from ear to ear when I discovered you in the window too. An image with a pleasant surprise hidden within.
