A pretty girl Rajesh, nice smile and eye contact. They eyes are sharp and have nice catch lights.
The colour balance for me is overly yellow, and may be the result of auto white balance guessing wrong, or an incorrect white balance set manually.
Ive loaded a mod with the colour balance a little less yellow, and cropped to place her more to the left. I applied a small amount of sharpening also.

A very pretty model with such wonderful hair. I feel that she deserves a better background. I have done a very quick mod, really a lot more time and care should have been spent. I also reduced the red in the whites of her eyes. I Imagine that you will be taking many more photos of this young lady? I wish you well.
