Took this last Thursday night, at the eastern end of Hell's Mouth, a spot I hadn't photographed before. Hell's Mouth is nearly 4 miles long, and in summer is all sand, but after winter storms, some of the sand has washed away, to leave patches of rocks and pebbles. The island right of centre is Bardsey, my village, Rhiw is on the mountain on the far right. Hope you like it.

I spent more time thinking of a title for this than it took me to walk along the beach. And look what I came up with, Ah well!!!

F22, 1.6 sec, Lens @ 17 mm, ISO 100, ND grad filter, 4:07pm.

Please view...LARGE...if you can.

Many thanks for your comments an clicks on my last upload.

Regards Tony

I travelled to this bay whilst on Holiday last year and all I could see was sand, the pebbles were at the very top of the beach. Wonderful place, this image could be a million miles from the place I photographed. That sea must move some sand!

What can I say Tony, this is a stunning shot excellent composition and colours. Looks like this was taken on a rather cold evening, well worth it thought. Stunning
