Taken this morning at Hell's Mouth, about 15 min before dawn, this rock pool is about 50 metres across. Hope you like it.

F22, 3 sec, Lens @ 12 mm, ISO 100, ND grad filter, Exp Comp -0.7 stop. 6:18am.

Think your title says it all, it is a pool of light. Like the fact that the reflection seems even more vibrant than the sky. Great shot.

a tad dark in the foreground but other than that the lighting is really nice, and i love the clouds reflected in the water.

The large version certainly makes an impact, Tony. I love the reflections and the fact that you've captured so much detail in the foreground rock. I'm intrigued by the semi-circular wall of rocks - is it a natural feature?

Hi Ian, Yes, it's a natural feature, at low tide, the water level in it, is approx three feet above the sea.
