Robin

RobinA beautiful image. Well taken. Nicely sharp where it matters and good exposure in what appears flat lighting.
Suggest a slight vignette to concentrate attention on the bird and a slight trim off the right hand side of the frame to bring the bird closer to the third. A suitably coloured thin frame would finish the image off nicely.
Regards,
Robert.

Robin

RobinBeautifully photographed - in the right place at the right time! I like the way you have left a little extra space on the left for the bird to look into. Sharp where it needs to be with good exposure. Well done.
Suggest a little work to get rid of the small white area at the top of the bird's head. An appropriately coloured narrow border to the image would finish it off well. A slight vignette over the corners would help to concentrate the view on the bird.
Regards,
Robert.

kookaburra portrait

kookaburra portraitA very nice image. Well exposed and appears to be sharp where it matters - the eye of the bird. For greater impact I suggest a trim of about one third off the right hand side of the image (to get rid of some of the blue) and approx one quarter off the bottom.
Also just a little weak cloning to tone down the white spot to the right of the bird's head.
Well done.
Robert.
