I like this with one small niggle - I might be wrong - but have you done some postprocessing smoothing to their skin? The reason is it looks a bit artificial to me. I might well be wrong and they are blessed with such skin.

A very striking and captivating image. I think its one of those images where several differnt people would say the lighting this way, that way, reflector here, reflector there. when what we should be saying is as Toffee and several others have said, Beautiful.
