I really like this shot, & the way you have processed it.
The people looking back towards the subject make it...How many shots did you have to take to get the right fall of passers by?

Fantastic shot! Smile
Quite intrigued as to how you did this? Did you tempt her with a dead hover fly?

Nice little jumper Smile
We have no dangerous spiders in this country & very few will bite unless they find themselves in imminent danger, usually by being accidentally crushed.
Jumpers like these have extremely good vision, the forward facing eyes are telescopic & enable them to range find for jumping on prey. There are also a pair of rear facing eyes & two at the side so can see all around Smile

Sunken Tank at Tide

Sunken Tank at Tide by phonocar

Quote: it didn't work particularly well but such a beast did actually exist. Unsurprisingly, most of them sank but I believe that one or two made it ashore

Known as DD tanks, most were successful on D-day where very few losses went to the sea. Unfortunately history is tainted by Omaha beach where they were launched too far out (nearly 4 miles) in a sea that was too rough.
Most of the crews were rescued.

Difficult to tell if this was a DD or not, although I cannot see any propellers.

Would be interesting to know where the shot was taken.

I've tried similar shots that didn't quite work. You got it right, nice lines & shading, with the addition of the shell holds it together.
Nice work Smile
