About Me

Mostly taking dance picture at the moment, mainly live Belly Dance (Tribal, Fusion and Arabic), they don't seem to get much attention on here so I've not uploaded many. It's a challenging area to specialise in, very fast, improvised moves and (usually) very difficult lighting

Current Equipment;

Canon 400d, Sigma 18-50 & Tamron 70-300

About me:

I'm a systems support engineer so am reasonably computer literate Smile I have several home PC's with a mixture of Windows and Linux operating systems.

For picture manipulation, I use Elements 7

I live in Nottingham, married with three grown up children.

Other hobbies; Walking, cooking and eating good food, drinking good wine and real ales.

Music: an eclectic collection from the heavy metal and Progressive Rock of my youth through folk and ethnic to the Classics. As with food and most things I'll try (almost) anything once...

Attitude to life; Rapidly fading from Optimistic Realist to Grumpy Old Man
