The cropping is spot on, however the soft focus is possible a little too much, almost looks like it is going out of focus. Eyes are great though and I like the angle!
Nice and soft, with head shots like this you might make her dream come true..

Whow those eyes. This picture came out of the thumbnail and begged to be looked at. Very nice quality indeed. Only a Rose comes to mind.
