A pano taking using 7 seperate images and merging them in photoshop.
A stunning scene from the top of Ben Challum during a cloud inversion.
I hope you all enjoy looking at this as it was great capturing it.
Thanks for all your help and advice over the past year.
Happy new year.

Something very strange happening here that I haven't noticed before. When I run my pen over elements of your picture are lifted up and moved about. They drop back to the original place when I lift the pen off the tablet. Has the image been flattened?
It's fascinating to see the clouds like lthat I love that part of air travel when it looks as is you can walk on the clouds. To be up there must have been an exhilarating experience.
No mods needed at in my opinion it's a superb image
I have checked the image in photoshop and it appears to be flattened, well i did merge the visible layers during manipulation.
May be you have a magic marker. It will be intresting to see if someone can come up with the reason why this happens.
Thanks for your intrest in the image and your comments. Yes it was a great feeling being up there and a great end to the years walking.
quite a scene you've captured here Richie, all the best for 2009
Cracking bit of work. Can't have been comfortable walking through it all either, I remember how cold it was below the fog in Ambleside is the winter. Excellent shot.
PS. I can do this on all of the gallery images with my mouse, Penny. I'm using Firefox, if that makes a difference. I can drag it straight into a photoshop canvas for editing.
I've just realised it happens with all the images, strange I've not noticed it before, it must be the same for everyone. I think it seemed so different because the small image was being lifted from the large one. I can't drop it into another canvas though.
Fantastic Richie. Still to stitch mine up.
Nice image, Richie, really like these panoramas.
