Hi again folks. Many thanks to all who have voted and and given me advice on the pictures in my gallery.

This one is from my home town in Barrhead. Its the view from a bridge in the park only 5 minutes walk from my house, over looking the street that I stay in.
The shot was taken as I perch on the top of the bridge about 60 or 70 feet in the air, and was hand held.
Now remind me, who said that photography was not as dangerous as motorcycling. lol.

Please feel free as usual to modify away at this one.

A gradient was added to the sky and the foreground sharpened up in photoshop cs after blending two images together.

Many thanks for looking.
Richie.

Nice one Richie, we should never underestimate the importance of our own homes in our lives. I wish there was a high vantage point to capture my home here in London.

Why should one ever try to modify something? This picture is so clear, beautiful and well edited, it would be a shame just to clone a single leaf out!
Is this looking towards Paisly and Glasgow, or the other way round?
