Hi folks, thanks again for having a look.
This is the follow up to this young lady having her off at knockhill during her trackday session.
Its a costly buisness. More to follow of the same crash tomorrow.
View large for the best effect.
Many thanks
Richie.

Quote: Great shot, very well caught. the large version is superb. Hope she was ok
She was fine, quick check over with the doctor adn she was back out on track.
Thanks all for your views.
Richie.
I like the fact you get a glimpse of her face as the sunlight filters through the visor.
Brilliant capture with all the gravel and dust surrounding the falling rider spot on.

Quote: Wow... superb capture in a magnificent light.
The sun was low and the pro's were out with there cameras. I spoke to Colin on of the track photographers and he told me that they were struggling for light as well.
I decided to head down to that location because the sun was low, however shining over the hill at me and with the slight angle to the sun gave me the light I required for my shutter speed.
At the other end of the track the light was fading fast. This is always a good place to capture the odd crash as well becasue of the camber on the track.
Thanks for looking folks.
Richie.
Awesome, the sharp focus on most of the gravel really captures the moment.
Glad to hear she was ok.
awesome image. I love the stones being thrown into the air.

Thanks folks for your kind comments.
I don't want to milk this set of pictures, however there is still a couple of shots be be uploaded yet of her tumbles.
So it goes on.
Thanks again, Richie.
My god, that must be a fast lens to capture this shot, with such clarity.
Its almost matrix like, I want to move around the image for a better look ![]()
Once again folks thank you very much for your comments and votes.
I feel so happy that you have chose to vote for the RC. Two days ago I never even knew what an RC was until someone pointed out that I had one on another picture, lol.
I'm new to photography (only since Christmas) and it you people who have helped me improve by offering advice. It might not be much for others but to me its a great boost.
Thanks you again.
Richie.
Stunning, love how the sunlight has illuminated all that gravel, boy thats gotta hurt!
Good action shot with excellent timing. Try removing the cone as it takes the eye away from the action.
Graham.
WOW! Now that's what I call an action shot. click!!

what a fabulous series of images, reminds me of the times I've gone to ground; (can still see the bike rolling/bouncing away from me whilst I'm trying to stand up, thinking I've stopped whilst skidding along at 40+mph!
great combination of light action (and I can well imagine the sound!)
52 clicks on a bike shot - that doesn't happen a lot on EPZ. Fantastic.
This is my favourite of the series because you're really drawn to her helmet amongst all thats going on and I love how well defined the flying stones are.
Congratulations.
Ady
PS Get yourself over here for the TT next year - you'd love it and you'd shoot some great stuff!
