Once me Martin.w and MartinL decided to call it a day and head for breakfast on saturday, the clouds started to form and the dappled light started to hit the valley so we stopped off and had a look towards edale.

I was precariously balanced on the edge of a rather steep edge but reckon it was worth the risk! - see what you think....

Fabulous image, the road is so well defined in this scene ,loved the large version with all the detail. Liked the blue sky and clouds and I know you are more of an expert than me however would love to see this as a b/w. as well

Superb shot, Richard; definitely worth the risk looking at it safely now, but not so sure it would've been then!

Like this view a lot Rich. Yes you were very precariously perched at the top of the "toboggan" run.

That's quite a view! You must have been pretty chuffed with that when you got up there. Very well captured too.

A great shot. Wonderful detail and contrast with the snow, but well worth the effort to get a different perspective of a well photographed area. Really good.
