I run a beginners course in Buxton every month. One of the things we do is to get images of the free mineral water outlet in town. There's usually a host of different characters around, but Max the dog stole the show today and I was able to get a couple of decent captures as he quenched his thirst.
Cheers, Ian.

Super shot! Like the idea of the dog, drinking from the lion's mouth! Smile

I absolutely love this shot. Technically, it has great DOF, coupled with lovely detail in Max and the "frozen" water. Also, it's a lovely character shot. The kind of "not everyday" shot. Have a weekly award on me. Love it. Paul

Wonderful, and congratulations on the HC. Have you tried a b&w conversion? I think mono would suit the contrasts and the detail in the water and lion's head really nicely.

Capture of a unique moment, I love it! Other team members beat me to it and gave this an HC, but I definitely would have voted for it if I had seen it in time. Well done!
