Welcome to Holywood.

[sorry…had to be done]

Ok…so I was at a traffic light on Monday when this lorry pulled up alongside with all these logs. I wound down the window and flipped on the Ixus. As I composed the shot all these heavenly rays descended into the frame! I took the shot, the light turned green and off I went.

I know this could stand to be cropped a bit at the bottom and possibly straightened. But the logs spoke to me and bellowed, “Touch not this moment, ye pedant!” And I mean, come on, who in their right mind would argue with bellowing logs?!

I processed this slightly without taking too much away from the original image. And the logs were quiet. And it was good.

-----

I cannot believe the response yesterday’s wasp got.

MASSIVE thanks to Carol (CarolG), Lesley (Cassiecat), Yung (dmhuynh72), and Barbara (barbarahirst) for their wonderful User Awards. Unbelieveable.

Alrighty…gonna upload and run (crawl, more like) ‘cos gotta catch up on sleep. Have a good Friday evening, y’all.

Andrew

Great beams. Looks like those logs are being blessed.
Talk about Action Man, Andrew. You were quick off the mark there.
Well done.

I sincerely hope you weren't driving or you could have followed the beams to their heavenly origin.

A wonderful shot though!
