V2 is the original shot and rather than chuck it I thought I'd have a fiddledeedee with it. Probably a bit over-the-top, huh? Grin

No, I don't think its too ott - plumbago blooms have a lot of texture and veining that really isn't especially visible in a standard shot, so I think this has brought that out beautifully.

This is one case where even a mono conversion would look great - but you know me and mono Wink

I agree with Anne, you have brought out detail that isn't there in the original, nice work Andrew.

Very nice, particularly the way V1 brings out the surface textures.

V1 is a beautifully presented floral image, the black background works perfectly

V1 is simply exquisite. You'd be forgiven for thinking they were made from silk and hand embroidered!

V2 shows a lovely flower and it seems almost a shame to distort it, but if it has to be done, then you've done a fine job of it Andrew, making an interesting pic change, while not abusing it! My that looks awfully pedantic, I'll leave it in anyhowGrinSadSmileTongueWink

I absolutely love V1 and it's not 'OTT' at all as far as I am concerned Andrew! I also agree it's almost 3D too. Fabulous, amongst your best.

kind regards,

Robin
