Just a very quick upload before I get washed and polished ready to set off to Sevenoaks to have a session with my Neuro Psychologist. Then this afternoon I shall be attending my PTSD group meeting at the British Legion, so I apologise now if I don't get a chance to see all of your uploads and in turn make a comment.
