wow! i suppose you took this with an underwater camera.
I like the image but it seems unfocused, and even a bit blurry, though i don't know how much clarity would've been possible.

I'm with Frank on this one. I also think the coloring is a little lifeless especially with the near-blown out sky. If you would've perhaps moved in closer to one of the subjects in the photo and left out the distracting elements such as the telephone poles and other less discernable subjects, this could've have been better.
