
A lot of comments say that this is a good composition and whilst I wouldn't totally disagree, I'd like to ask you the question, 'what is the subject of the photo and where would you like my eye to rest?'
There's foreground interest although it's a bit of a clutter. My eye is then led up the wall to the dull grey blockwork of the building on the right and then to the lighter colours on the finished buidings and the sky. The natural place for my eye to rest is the grey building with the steps but there's nothing there to hold my attention.
I'm sorry if this seems negative but I'm trying to help by suggesting that a picture should have a point of focus that the other elements lead to, as the other pictures in your portfolio do.
