Having treated you all to tea at Castle Drogo we move to Lanhydrock House for some light entertainment on the Steinway piano.![]()
A bit of a battle to get because of the blinds on the windows restricting light and no flash allowed.
This was part of my winter challenge - to capture indoor shots to include windows without getting blown out detail.
Thank you for all recent comments and votes (Hermanus really made us laugh with his comment on Gracious Living2
)
Best wishes to you all
Carole

Love the atmosphere created by the light in this shot.
Very well done low light picture you have captured this so well, I played the piano as a čhild and seeing a piano is a great temptation to tinkle on the keys
Well, I really enjoyed that tea, Carole...I'm waiting now to hear you tickling those ivories...![]()
A very fine capture, and well handled in the tricky lighting conditions ![]()
