If you are all going to come for tea I thought I would change to a larger venue and closer to home.Wink

Taken at Castle Drogo in Devon (a National Trust property). The National Trust do now allow photography inside most of their historic houses, just be sure to check on entry as there may be restrictions in certain areas and no flash.

What time then Carole?Grin
a great composition showing through into the hallway
but it is the lighting that you captured through the window
that sets this beautifully

I could sit down to a burger and chips very nicely there, CaroleWinkWink.
Most NTS properties up here do not allow photography at all which is a pity as here are so many opportunities lying untapped.
You have captured this rich interior very nicely though, and it is a sumptious venue for dinner.
Ronnie.

Just a note also on Photography in NT properties they allow tripods used carefully, have done so on many occasions. Excellent detail and light Carole, even today some very rich people would better this with their stunning homes.

Trev.
