When my back plays up and I cannot sleep, I get up, prowl around and inevitably end up in the dark in the garden, camera in hand: this is the result of one of these night time soirees.
It is of a rather damp tulip "Apricot Impression".

My thanks to all who commented on my last posting, Side Entry.

Ronnie.

Well worth a night visit although I do sympathise with you about your back.
A really lovely tulip which seems to be stripes of different colours. The raindrops
are fanastic.

You will have the neighbours ringing the polis, Ronnie, crawling around in the dark with a camera!Wink
A rather fine result of your insomnia, it has to be said.
I can envisage you treading carefully so as not to damage any blooms whilst softly humming Tiny Tim's "Tiptoe through the Tulips"Tongue

Maybe I should try that Ronnie, i.e. when I have something in the garden to photograph, the only thing out there at the moment is a few of Mary's pansies, and lots of dandelions unfortunately!
