Nearly missed it because it is so pastel on the thumbnail, so glad I didn't. It is just a superb shot, with the water the same colour and blending into the mist. The gentle colours are enough to hold the attention, with the extra magic coming from the flying flamingo's just ghosting out of the mist.

If I may suggest, there is a clear area outside of the main group on each side and I would be tempted to crop the birds on the edge out, or clone them out if you wish to preserve the original dimensions. Half flamingoes can be a minor distraction.
