From Cricklade, one of the best years ever so I was informed. Challenging botany.
Beautiful soft shot, such wonderful colours
Tony Sweet would like this one! The impressionistic approach really works here.
Loveeeeeee that softness. This is so beautiful!
Like your low POV Ron - good colours and light. Excellent capture.
a real corker Ron
Such delicat little plants, work so well with the delicate greens, a gem of an image Ron, I really like what you've found here.
Nicely done Ron. Like the low viewpoint, hope you took your plastic bag to kneel on.
Great low point of view. Really works well for this photo.
Super image. Sylvia
great colours and use of dof
Super dof and such beautiful little flowers captured.....Sandy
Love the DoF here Ron, pretty image of these lovely flowers. We used have loads until the squirrels dug them up and I think ate them!
Challenging subject magically conveyed.
Wonderful low point of view shot this works so well, and with a great DOF. A superb capture and lovely colour. Gary
These are beautiful flowers shot superbly. Love the low point of view and the use of DOF.
There is a macaque hiding in that grass somewhere
Really like this one - might be tempted to crop from the bottom to emphasize the main subject?
Beautiful! Great composition and treatment.
beautiful bokeh in this, Ron..........
Beautiful image. Great focus and use of dof.
Thank you all for your comments, most encouraging. Ron.
yes, looks like it was taken using movements on a LF camera. That splodge of yellow, that out of focus dandelion, lifts the pic from good to exceptional. Big, frame, stick it on the wall.
Great shot.....looks really good.
Thanks Mick, for the award and that description ! Ron.
I missed this one earlier, but this stunning work Ron.
The flowers are excellent but I'd crop almost all of the out-of-focus region at the bottom — I don't think it helps these rather delicate flowers to have forty-odd percent of the frame taken up with a heavy slab of featureless green.
Your thoughts David ( DRicherby ) my image. Thought I would try something different, inclusion of habitat. Ron.
