Watcha Ron,
yes, looks like it was taken using movements on a LF camera. That splodge of yellow, that out of focus dandelion, lifts the pic from good to exceptional. Big, frame, stick it on the wall.

The flowers are excellent but I'd crop almost all of the out-of-focus region at the bottom — I don't think it helps these rather delicate flowers to have forty-odd percent of the frame taken up with a heavy slab of featureless green.
