What amazing shapes; isn't there an angel fish there? - starlings are quite extraordinarily magic birds. I wonder how many there are there! Wink

My favourite collective noun - a MURMURATION of Starlings. You are so lucky to have seen this as these lovely birds have been persecuted so that this is a rare sight. We are so lucky that you captured it so brilliantly. Thank you for sharing this stunning piece.

This is amazing, the best shot of the subject that I've seen (and you've uploaded some good 'uns). It captures that sense of a common spirit, a collective mind, psychology that we poor limited humans can never understand.

Do they not see the birds, constrained in the middle of the sky? None withholds them but God; most surely there are signs in this for a people who believe

Brilliant Ron - fantastic capture - compositionally though it would have been better with an odd number of birds Wink Steve.
