The fourth in a series shot at a disused asylum - the Royal Derwent Psychiatric Hospital at New Norfolk, Tasmania.

Most images in the series feature examples from a collection of 77 poems penned by Karen Knight, Postcards From The Asylum (published by Pardalote Press). These disarming poems were inspired by Karen's experiences as an inmate at the Royal Derwent in 1969.

Well captured, great atmosphere. I can almost smell the place and hear echoes of voices long gone.

Not the sort of pic I usually go for. But the colours and the angles make an interesting composition. Very moody sort of image too. Good work.

Cheers Ian and Chris - thanks for dropping by!

And hi David - I interviewed Karen today for a feature piece I'm writing and she was delighted to hear there's such interest in her work on epz! I'm sure you'll be impressed...

Appreciate your visit Ron and Steve - thank you...

Good to hear Bren! You won't be disappointed...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, Chris... much appreciated!
