Thanks to everyone who commented on the version of this that I uploaded this morning. There were just a couple of minor niggles that I spotted after I uploaded it so had to sort them out an re-upload it.

The original (straight from the camera) image was a bit too contrasty due to bright sunlight so I made 3 conversions from RAW in DPP at -1, 0 and +1 ev then created an HDR and (conservatively!) tone-mapped in photomatix. I converted it to the LAB profile in PS and tweaked the colours and contrast very slightly via curves then converted back to RGB.
