Still in Bolivia. This picture is of a cheery (!) chap selling coca leaves at teh local market.
Coca is what the people of the Andes chew to assist with altitude sickness and various ailments and social pressures! In this form it is fairly harmless but sadly it can be refined into cocaine which is why this guy is technically breaking the law.
