Life on a stone

This location (known as Devanagala) is situated close to the central Sri Lanka. It is the top of a mountain made up of plain granite stone. The pool seen is rainwater collected on the stone. The location is of historical significance as well as of religious significance. I climbed up there to have the 360 degree panoramic view of the mountains surrounding it at a distance.
