I love the scene you found - your photo is a lovely shot. Not much that someone can do to this but here is what I tried:
I added a slight crop & added the graduated ND filter effect to darken the sky a touch, then gave it a slight sharpen.
Hope you like?

The interest in the sky patterns ends shortly above the sun making most of the top of the picture redundant. I have therefore applied a crop which I think improves your composition.

Nice sunset scene but I agree with Frank that this does need a crop from the top. It will mean that the horizon becomes more central but this is not a huge issue.

Best wishes

Lovely modifications. Thanks for educating me. tmann, how to add a graduated ND filter? Is it done in photoshop?

It's possible to do it in Photoshop or Lightroom but it's far, far easier and much, much cheaper to do it using Picasa 3.
It doesn't cost anything!

Thanks Bren. I will google for Picasa 3. I am still a beginner in digitally manipulating modifying photos.

This is nice, but you must crop all that top off - there's nothing there. The picture is in the bottom half, then it's very good. Mod 2!
